About Hiroko Kelly, LMT
Hiroko’s work centers on supporting clients through misalignment, trauma, stress, and tension, always integrating an energetic approach. With a deep respect for the body and the understanding that this path is the beginning of a lifelong practice, she remains both excited and humbled by the process of continual learning.
A session with Hiroko is both effective and deeply relaxing. She favors long, slow movements, allowing the nervous system the time it needs to soften, settle, and release.
After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Dance, Hiroko sought to expand her identity beyond that of an artist, stepping into her role as a healer. This led her to study bodywork and massage therapy, earning certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Cupping, TMJ, and Prenatal massage.
About Ashley Daye, LMT
Ashley has a passion for the human body and its movement, having spent most of her life as a professional dancer and working as a therapist and bodyworker for 10+ years. During this time, she has integrated various techniques and tools from both Eastern and Western approaches, which has greatly broadened her capabilities to address a wide spectrum of concerns, ranging from physical injuries to psychosomatic conditions.
Ashley is proficient in Reiki (Master), myofascial release technique, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy, and every session she integrates each of these techniques.
About Lourdes Davila, Breathwork Practitioner
Lourdes is a breath work facilitator devoted to helping people reconnect with the truth of who they are beneath stress, conditioning, survival patterns, and emotional holding.
Through conscious connected breathing, grounding, presence, and intuitive guidance, she treats spaces where the body can begin to soften, open, and release what has been stored beneath the surface — old emotions, limited beliefs, unresolved experiences, and patterns that no longer serve.
Her work is rooted in the understanding that the breath has its own intelligence. When the mind quiets and the body feels safe, insight, healing, clarity, and transformation can naturally emerge.
Lourdes believes healing is not about becoming someone new but remembering and reconnecting with the self that has always been there underneath the noise.
